Why, Why, Why!

Ok here is the thing if you read this be ok with the way it is. It has not been Proof read or spell checked because I really wanted to get this out to you because I know at least one person needs this TODAY!

 

Almost every client I work with has had the "Why talk"  with me. The why talk is when I attempt to help someone verbalize the core reason why they are looking to change or alter their current life style by working out and eating right. So when I ask the first "why" why are you working out with me? They usually respond by saying to get in better shape. Then I ask why do you need to get into better shape? Their response to be healthy. I say why do you want to be healthy? Because I do! I ask why again. 

So this goes on for another 10-20 why's so let's fast forward to the last 2-3 why's. Why do all these why's matter ? And again I get a because. But now I can actually see them thinking and so I ask again. WHY? WHY DOES IT MATTER! And then it comes "BECAUSE I MATTER, BECAUSE I WANT IT!!!! and then it comes the big finally "BECAUSE I WANT TO BE HAPPY I DESERVE IT!

SO HERE IS THE BIG DEAL 

(I say this with the power of a thousand suns)

YOU DESERVE IT!!!

You deserve to be happy but most people don't ever say it in the text that is empowering. Most of the time it's when they are broken down and beaten down by life. I see some of the most AMAZING people put of their needs and their desires until they can barely stand up straight. And guess what, as long as you are willing to give yourself to others first you will always come last. I'm not saying to tell everyone to piss off but you need to find out how to give enough to yourself that you have something to give to someone else. And being a trainer I know that working out is the absolute best way to do that. If you manage to do 3 things I'm about to tell you Your Happiness and Service will go through the roof!

But if you don't or can't then you won't ever have what you want out of your fitness program and possibly your life. I know it's harsh but I know you can. It may take a little practice but keep at it. 

OK HERE IT IS VERY SIMPLE

- Get enough sleep for your body 

- Workout 3-5 times a week for 30-45 min a time

- Eat 5 small meals a day with Protein, Carbs and fats 3 x a day

Oh and one more thing stand up right now no matter where you are and say with your arms above your head:

BECAUSE I DESERVE IT!!!
